Can I sue my boss for refusing to recognize my chronic fatigue syndrome and narcolepsy?
He still faults me for “sleeping on the job” when I told him about my disabilities! Can I sue for disability discrimination? Help!

Sure!!! Good Luck with that…Let us know which Neocon Leader told you it might work…we all need a fearful leader.
if a terrorist can get a plush bahamas home…I say go for it!!!
If you are in a Union (which Obama loves!) you are in luck!
But if your business is not unionized, they should fire you… pronto.
If you bring a diagnosis from a doctor then he has to make provisions for you.
But most jobs have expectations that you agreed you could perform and signed a paper saying you could prior to starting.
If he did that then he could fire you if you are not doing what you said you could.
I know you are trolling, however nacolepsy and chronic fatugue sydrome out very well documented disabilities and if you are able to verify that firstly.
You do the aforementioned condition and are actively seeking treatments then you cannot be faulted, under law. Persons with disabilities are a protected class.
Given that, if you have a well documented disability which your boss is discriminating you for you can sue.
However you sir are trolling.
Maybe you should slip on a banana peel and see if he might change his mind.
Get a medical write up from your doctor and give it to him.>>>
