Can you elect a c-section if you have narcolepsy?

I was just wondering because my friend has narcolepsy and she was wondering if she could have a c-section. I thought probably not because they only do c-sections if they have to(KIND OF), but what do you think?

NO! Jeez, sure she falls asleep but that might be a good thing in terms of the deliver.
