I may have narcolepsy, so if I do will that affect my enlisting into the Marines?

My neurologist said I may have narcolepsy, and when I went for a sleep test, the techs didn’t do the test for narcolepsy so I still don’t know if I have it or not. If I do have it, will I still be able to enlist into the Marines.
